We used Steve for three or four previous small jobs and always had a good working relationship with him. For our most recent and much bigger extension project Steve was the natural choice (this was also based on obtaining three other quotes).
 Steve has a strong customer focus, always kept us up to date on  progress, was more than willing to discuss any technical aspects or discuss options where appropriate. He  progressed the job in very good time and was flexible in his approach to taking on separate additional work for us while at the premises. Steve also took care of all liaison with Building Control.
Steve’s work is to a high standard and in the interests of progressing the job he worked late on a number of occasions. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of his prospective clients.
